SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

How much does shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders over €50 and costs €2.95 for orders below this amount.

When will I receive my order?

If you make your order before 12 pm from Monday to Friday, you will receive your order within 24-48 hours (for orders on the Spanish mainland).
Shipping can also be made to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, and international orders. In the latter case, shipping will be 48-72 hours.

At the current time, due to the huge market demand for our products, some orders may be delayed by a few days. Should this be the case, we will contact you as soon as possible.

How will I receive the face masks?

IIR surgical face masks come in boxes of 40 units. Each box contains 4 sealed bags with 10 units in each pack. (Packed using Flowpack).

FFP2 (PPE) face masks are individually packed by flow-pack machines along with instructions. Each box contains 20 units.

Where can I buy face masks? Do you sell to individuals and businesses?

You can only get Obbocare face masks on our website www.mascarillasobbocare.com, or through our customer service lines +34 644 53 16 18 or comercial@obbocare.com .

We sell to both individuals and businesses. Delivered to your door or to any place you wish. If you are a business owner, please get in contact with us so that we can offer you a personalised bulk quote.

Can I return my order?

No, you can’t. Since it is a sanitary protection product, returns are not accepted. If your product, the packaging or the box are damaged or have arrived in poor conditions, please contact us on comercial@obbocare.com and we will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.
